Dancing Green, Inc., is privileged to empower individuals in making enlightened choices for life-enhancing actions through

• our transformative permaculture educational venues,
  
• private permaculture consultations,
  
• this permaculture website and
  
• our permaculture outreach activities using forest-garden edges and land-trust technology to sustain agricultural continuity on farm lands.

We are educating to move neighborhoods into deepening sustainable relations.  Our primary goals are to regenerate soil fertility while producing food or valued products, maintain food security and farmlands with land trust technology, and release culture from misperceptions and artificial needs.  Educating for the creation of permanent agriculture land-use systems, we are creating abundance in back yards where perennial and annual edibles and multifunctional plantings work with property boundaries, structures, human patterns and infrastructure needs.  

Dancing Green is committed to the design and implementation of decentralized, permanent agricultural systems that nourish the common good.  We represent one facet of an action-learning culture of caring people.  Thus, we are reclaiming the unearned increment gained by the dominant culture (currently devaluing both human energy and the fertility of our soil) by educating and demonstrating the collaborative ethics, principles, strategies and techniques of permaculture design.

Intent on thriving with nature, we acknowledge the abundance attainable by daily stewarding our relationships and choosing nourishing, life-supporting patterns.

Dancing Green manifests tolerance, mutuality, pluralism, co-evolution and cooperation.  We work and play to create positive social change and empower a culture intent upon thriving rather than settling for merely sustaining.

We are a not-for-profit, tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) educational organization. We sustain our mission through our educational events and the tax-free donations that provide educational scholarships and support our project implementations.  Please donate.

Our Name.

Dancing Green's name reflects the life energy of all world-change journeyers seeking to keep our daily steps light in the dance with Mother Nature's green.

Rooted in a quote from one of her-story's often misunderstood and courageous heroines, Emma Goldman, who said "If I can't dance, I don't want to be part of the revolution," our name and actions honor the unsung earth stewards, many with daily lives that include dancing and playing music on their porches and in their living rooms.

We affirm action-learning and the role of physical movement in integrating body, mind, heart and spirit as we strengthen the necessary self-esteem, consciousness and individual resolve to make a difference daily.
